Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Business Information Centre (collecting relevant business information for TCCIA’s
members and presenting / disseminating it in an attractive way, managing the computer
centre)
Make a quarterly newsletter for the members and disseminate it.
Communication with members
Manage / update membership data base
Provide Certificates of Origin
Cleaning of office
Perform any other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor.

Job requirements:

Relevant college Education
A minimum of 2 years work experience
Excellent ICT Knowledge
Good English and Kiswahili both oral and written.
Quick at information accessing & disseminating

Required profile:

Can work independently as well as in a team
Good organizer
Friendly and patient, good people skills
Must be pro-active and flexible
Good communication, inter-personal skills and attitudes;

Ensure vehicles are clean and in good order

Logistics:

Collecting and sending documents

Minor maintenance of office equipment
Perform any other duties as directed by your supervisor (Executive Officer)

Job requirements:

Certificate of any recognized driving institute
Have a valid driving license
A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Familiar with Manyara region
Knowledge and skills in (basic) car mechanics is an advantage
Must be flexible in terms of working hours and location (ready to travel regularly away from Babati)
