Duties & Responsibilities:
• To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Operation department at the front counter by ensuring that service rendered to customers meet and exceed Customers’ expectations according to Company’s policies and procedures.
• Dealing with the customers' complaints and problems and finding solutions on a timely manner
• Ensuring that all equipment and devices in the shop are in a good working order
• Making sure all the Marketing materials are in hand (e.g. brochures, fliers,
• price list, receipts, forms, float money etc)
• Make sure all the customers’ details are correctly entered and recorded into the system
• Informing customers on company's products
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• A holder of a Bachelor's degree in social sciences
• Must have at least two years of relevant work experience in customer service or call center
• Customer oriented, problem solver, informative, sharp and prompt responder, presentable, polite and resilient.
