Customer Service Agent Job at eCard Solutions Ltd Tanzania


eCard Solutions Ltd has a position for a Customer Service Agent in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Deadline:  1st October 2014

Terms: This is a fulltime position

Duties: Customer service agent will be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls that come into a Customer Contact Centre that may involve customer inquiries & questions, handle complaints or processing product orders, trouble shoot problems and provide information. He are also required to ensure logging of all calls received and maintaining response and resolution times as per the Service Level Agreements

Education: High school diploma from an accredited institution; An Internationally recognized Diploma in the field of Computer Science; CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification in IT foundations;  Security 5 or equivalent entry level IT Security certification; Courses in administration and/or data management are an asset.

Experience: Knowledge of computer and communication systems
