Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop & devise the digital/social media strategy
Implementing strategies
Lead the implementation of online advertising and mobile advertising
Promote events and campaigns using all social media channels
Form successful business relationships with editors of industry publications
Identify sites and blogs which we can partner with
Create compelling content to engage customers and prospects
Track and report results, suggesting new avenues as necessary
Create strategies to create traffic flow to company and clients website
Generate articles and other free placements to place in industry publications
Performs special projects or assignments as directed by management


• Proficient in English (speak/read/write)
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management
• Excellent telephone and computer skills (attitude, syntax and professional etiquette)
• Able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Knowledge of best practices for marketing across all major social media sites, including Face book and Twitter.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
• Must be experienced in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CS3 and above), Dreamweaver/HTML5, Flash, print, web and content design, email marketing experience (Exact Target and Constant Contact) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exceptional Presentation skills
• Knowledge of company website and intranet maintenance (forms, links, banners, etc.)
• Knowledge of page layout and composition for web and print media
• Must have excellent writing, copywriting & proofreading skills
• Knowledge of basic video editing a plus
• Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and have ability to evaluate and prioritize workload


• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role

• A degree or equivalent in Business Marketing, Advertising, Graphic, IT Communications, Media Communications, Management, Administration, English or Journalism or equivalent work experience
