Requirements:

Senior Mentor/Trainer: BBC Media Action is looking for a Senior Mentor/Trainer to lead the capacity-building of various media organizations as part of the new and dynamic 'Niambie' project. The individual should have strong editorial judgment, substantial radio production experience at a senior level (5 years minimum with a reputable organization) and significant experience of planning and implementing capacity-building to media organisations in the East Africa region. The Senior Trainer/Mentor will work directly with journalists and management of national media houses to deliver training and mentoring.
