Roles and Duties:

First step in the role will be an intensive 12-week Management training program. This offers thorough training in all the four departments of the business. Ideally you would work under one department on a 3-month rotational basis. At first roles and duties will be mixed and would vary depending on your experience and qualifications
After completing the programme the best candidate will be placed into a permanent position in each of the four departments acting as Assistants to the respective HODs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Must have a degree in the respective department (Estate, Operations, Finance, Sales Marketing)
Minimum 1-3 year relevant working experience
First class communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Excel
Demonstration of commercial acumen in areas of improving business performance at a strategic and practical level as opposed to simply reporting numbers
Excellent eye for detail, diligent knowledge of accounting regulations
Capabilities to supervise, manage and lead staff and excellent commercial flair and industry experience
Entrepreneurship flair is a prerequisite
