Job Description:

Nature and Scope of the Position:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, key duties and responsibilities will include the following:

1. New Client acquisition
2. Customer potential analysis
3. Establishing strong relationships with clients
4. Managing customer/client expectations
5. Making presentations to individuals/groups
6. Customer Service
7. Delivery of set budgets/targets


Candidate Profile:

Should be aged between 25 and 45 years
Possess a degree in sales and marketing from a recognized university OR a Diploma from a recognized
Institution
3 years progressive experience an advantage
Be smart with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills
Should be fluent in both English and Kiswahili
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Customer care oriented
Posses basic computer skills
Trustworthy and reliable
Those working in the financial services with good analytical ability & good numeric skills are encouraged to apply.
