Duties:

Sales focused role centering on the acquisition of sellers &retailers in Tanzania for Kaymu marketplace
Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online
Strong communication skills, high energy and charismatic
Development of both online and offline strategy
Religious focus on the importance of best-in-class Customer Service
Collaboration with the wider Sales Team, working closely with Management
Analysis of best performing acquisition channels and responsible for compiling acquisition reports
Management and development of a retailer acquisition tool
Responsible for developing acquisition strategy and maintaining acquisition trackers

Profile requirements:

Entrepreneurial mentality
2+ years sales experience preferable
Strong communication skills, hungry for success, high energy and charismatic
Team Player
Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel)
Understanding of ecommerce
Knowledge of Retail in Tanzania
