Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure all employees and new starters have a position description that accurately reflect their role
To train all employees in the Performance Management System
To train all Managers in Performance Management system and administer it accordingly
To ensure that objective set by managers are timely realistic and relevant
To review progress of employees against objective set
To highlight to the senior management team and General Manager of circumstances where an employee performance is under scrutiny and suggest ways in which this can be recovered
To work with the General Manager and assist in alignment between performance and salary and benefits reviews.
To manage all HR legislative compliance on behalf of the company
To prepare and provide advice on monthly HR reports to the General Manager including staff turnover, absenteeism, safety and compensation, recruitment activities, performance review data, salary and benefits data, legal issues or internal disputations; and learning and development issues
To create and maintain secured employees personnel files that reflects all relevant information regarding their employment
To create and maintain complete HR filing system that provides information and all
relevant management materials
Management the engagement of all employees and management including execution and renewal of contracts
Administer all employees located in Zonal Distribution points with regards to their local situations and legislation
To identify and recruit on a timely and organized basis the talent needed to help the
Company to move its client’s business ahead
To develop, recommend and maintain competitive and creative compensation programs for all employees
To identify, recommend and, as necessary, conduct programs intended to aid individuals and groups in improving their job performance
To review, develop, recommend and administer cost-efficient, appropriate benefit programs.
To work closely with management to; identify high potential employees, dvelop career programs to for those important to Company continuous growth and establish appropriate programs in timelines to assist a smooth transition for those who may be entering or exiting their positions
Identify, recommend, implement/coordinate programs to encourage the maximum productivity of employees and teams
To function as counsel to individual employee, department heads and top management
To ensure equitable treatment of all employees within the business context
To develop effective relationship with all departments throughout

Required Education and Experience Qualification:


Undergraduate degree in Human Resources and advanced degree in Business
Administration or Industrial Relationship. Should have at least five years of experience in senior human resources role
