Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Standardize all patient and staff meals
Project daily food and beverage needs through standardized recipes
Record and monitor goods received (quality and quantity) and provide monthly summaries to the leadership
Monitor and record daily consumption and provide monthly reports
Manage the operation of the food and beverage production service as per the relevant quality standards (HACCP, JCIA)
Appropriate food operation policies- create and implement, monitoring tools, revise as necessary
Support the recruitment, supervision and capacity building of the department's staff
Oversee departmental compliance to procedure
Develop departmental budgets
Provide appropriate training to staff as and when needed
Regularly update database and provide practical solutions where possible
Develop appropriate documentation relevant to the department


Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor degree/DiPloma in hotel management or related training
Certificate in a business related course will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years' experience in Healthcare or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food producti0n skills and systems
Excellent knowledge of HACCP Quality standards .so 22000
Nutritional knowledge will be an added advantage
strong leadership, organizational, financial management, computer skills
customer service, interpersonal, good communication (written and oral)
