Serengeti Breweries, as part of Diageo Africa, is embarking on attracting top performing candidates who have graduated in 2011 to 2013.

Do you have what it takes to join our exciting company as Early Career talent? Pan African Early Career Programme – Starts March 2014 (Engineering, Business Studies and Law Graduates Only) This group of graduates will go through a three-year development curriculum to deliver personalised, accelerated development to be the future leaders needed to drive business performance and growth.

The three-year development curriculum commences with a 2-4 week intensive induction programme, 12 –18 months targeted rotations within Diageo to build strong functional capability, involving real roles and responsibilities.

There will be opportunities for you to explore other avenues for development at regular reviews with your line manager. In addition, there are ‘connect and development’ events each year, which will help you raise your profile in the company and learn from some of our most experienced leaders.
