Position Description:
The School of St Jude based in Moshono, Arusha is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Human Resources Team. The Human Resources Team is responsible for supporting the school’s staff by delivering a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, staff development and training spread across three campuses.
This newly created HR administrator position is available for a hardworking individual that has demonstrated administration experience and likes to work in a busy environment. It is the ideal position for someone with office experience looking to launch their career in HR. The role will assist a small team with a broad range of HR administration tasks such as generating employment contracts, maintaining employee records, updating employee files, managing leave forms, recruitment and assisting the broader team as required with administrative tasks.

Candidates will be considered that demonstrate the following:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- Demonstrated administrative work experience
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Tanzanian Labour Laws will be looked upon favourably
