Job Requirements:

5 years experience in Culinary Supervision.
Culinary degree.
Good leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
Must have full knowledge of cooking and presentation of food for all departments in the kitchen.
Must have full knowledge of sanitation requirements in handling food.
Strong leadership, training, communication and organizational skills
Control labor and food costs.
Participate in the discipline and performance evaluation of employees.
Ability to read and speak and write English fluently.
Computer Literate:(Word, Excel, and Email)
Ability to develop and manage an Annual Financial Budget
Tanzanian Citizen
