Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (3 Posts)

Job Purpose:
The bridging force between the client and company ensuring that both client and company interests are satisfied

Roles briefly include;
1. Represent the clients’ interests to all stakeholders
2. Handle all pertaining to documentation on behalf of client
3. Maintain client relations and ensure continual improvement in regards to client satisfaction

Knowledge and Skills
A Bachelors Degree in Business studies or related field
A Diploma/Certificate/ knowledge in Clearing and Forwarding
Excellent  knowledge  in  computer applications
A certificate in customer care is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent knowledge of  the logistics Industry
highly skilled,experienced and motivated person
Minimum  2  years  experience  in  a similar position in the Logistics Industry
