The minimum required qualification and experience of professional staff are as follows:
Academic or working background in Information Technology, Database Management and Management Information Systems
Specific skills in requested area:
Relevant experience of IT management, expertise in IT planning; Excellent skills in web development and open source operating systems, including open source software and databases.
Excellent and proven ability to manage databases and create innovative solutions for database management.
Advanced computer skills including office tools and ability to work online using Internet are a prerequisite for successful completion of tasks.
Good understanding of management information system is required.
Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking and policy analysis; Strong coordination skills; the candidate should be able to demonstrate prior experience of working in an organized and proactive manner.
He/ she should obtain the ability to prioritize and perform demanding tasks against tight deadlines; Patience and experience in working with people with limited computer knowledge is required.
